One origin. One lot. One traceable journey.
From the origin of the olives to the final bottle, each ELIXERRA lot is carefully identified throughout its journey. We follow the harvest, variety, milling, analysis and bottling stages to keep a clear record of where each oil comes from and how it was handled.
The chain we keep
Parcel
Region, grower, variety mix and grove reference.
Harvest
Date, maturity assessment and quantity received.
Mill
Milling date and time, malaxation temperature and duration, extraction line.
Tank
Storage tank reference, fill date, blend composition where a lot is assembled from several parcels.
Analysis
Certificate of analysis attached to the lot, with the retained sample kept.
Filling
Bottling date, line, format, and the lot code printed on the pack.
Shipment
Pallet and container reference against the commercial and customs documents.
What the lot code on the bottle gives you
Read us the code and we can return the parcel origin, harvest window, mill date, analysis and filling date for that specific batch. That is the practical test of whether a traceability system exists or is merely described.
Withdrawal and recall
Because lots are kept discrete through storage and filling, a quality issue can be isolated to the affected batch rather than an entire shipment. Retained samples let us verify the complaint against what actually left the site.

Documentation you receive
- Certificate of analysis for the shipped lot
- Certificate of origin
- Health or free-sale certificate where the destination requires it
- Packing list with lot codes per pallet
