In centuries , in the heart of Tunisia, ELIXERRA was born from something more meaningful than a business idea. It began with a genuine passion for olive oil, for the tree, its heritage, and the extraordinary essence hidden within every olive. Inspired by the blessed olive tree and the Mediterranean soil that has nurtured it for generations.

We set out to our journey begins with a carefully hand-harvested olives, gathered with patience and respect for the holly tree.

Fresh from the harvest, they are carefully selected and cold-pressed to preserve their natural character, delicate aromas and precious qualities.

From the hands that harvest the fruit to the golden drop the fills each bottle, every step is guided by care, authenticity and a deep connection to the land. create an olive oil that carries the true essence of its origin.

ELIXERRA is the meaning of ELIXIR- the essence of life – and TERRA- the Tunisian earth from which it is born. More than olive oil, it is our way of transforming a passion for the land into an experience to be shared with the world.

Where we are now
