Olive growing in Tunisia has genuine environmental strengths and genuine unresolved problems. Both are worth stating plainly.
Our approach
🌿 Respect for the land
The olive tree is at the heart of everything we do. Our approach begins with protecting the character of the land and valuing the agricultural heritage that has shaped Tunisia’s olive-growing landscapes for generations.
💧 Working with the Mediterranean climate
Olive cultivation in Tunisia has developed in a naturally dry environment. We value agricultural practices that are adapted to the conditions of the land and use resources thoughtfully, while preserving the long-term potential of the groves.
🫒 Harvest with purpose
Timing matters. Olives are harvested according to the desired maturity and handled carefully from tree to mill, helping preserve the qualities of the fruit while reducing unnecessary handling and delays.
❄️ Careful extraction
Our olives are processed with attention to time and temperature. Cold extraction below 27°C, when technically applicable to your production, helps preserve the natural sensory characteristics of the oil.
📦 Thoughtful packaging
We believe the bottle should protect what is inside while avoiding unnecessary complexity. Our packaging choices are guided by product protection, presentation and the opportunity to reduce waste wherever practical.
