About Elixerra

A Tunisian extra virgin olive oil house built for export: selection, cold extraction, blending to a stable profile and documentation for professional buyers.

Elixerra is a Tunisian extra virgin olive oil house built for export. We select fruit lot by lot, control the extraction, document the result, and ship it to professional buyers who need to know exactly what is in the bottle.

What we actually do

We are not a broker passing on someone else’s oil, and we are not a supermarket brand. We work between the two: close enough to the groves to choose the fruit, organised enough to serve an importer who needs the same profile next season and the season after.

  • Selection — we choose parcels by variety, ripeness and analysis, not by price alone.
  • Extraction — cold extraction below 27 °C, milling the same day as harvest.
  • Blending to profile — so Smooth tastes like Smooth in November and again in March.
  • Documentation — certificate of analysis, origin and traceability for every lot.
  • Export — packaging, labelling and paperwork for your destination market.

Who we work with

Importers and distributors building an olive oil listing. Retail groups looking for an own-brand line with a credible origin story. Food service and hospitality groups that go through volume and need consistency. Blenders and packers buying bulk.

If you are a consumer looking for a bottle, we will happily point you to a stockist — but this site is written for the trade.
