Smooth is our delicate reference: a Chemlali-led extra virgin with soft almond, ripe fruit and a clean finish. It is the oil to reach for when you want olive oil to carry a dish rather than dominate it.
Tasting profile
On the nose, ripe olive and sweet almond with a faint note of freshly cut apple. On the palate it is round and buttery, with a mild grassy lift in the middle and only a whisper of bitterness at the end. There is no peppery catch at the throat — deliberately so.

In the kitchen
Because it is low in bitterness and pungency, Smooth does not fight with delicate ingredients. It is also the right choice for baking and emulsions, where an aggressive oil would take over.
